A dish of Italian origin, consisting of a flat round base of dough baked with a topping of tomatoes and cheese, typically with added meat, fish, or vegetables.
Also known as a slice of heaven, it is the most important meal of the day.

- me.at -
noun (me-et)
The flesh of an animal, typically a mammal or bird, as food (the flesh of domestic fowls is sometimes distinguished as poultry).
The benefit of slow-cooking, generally, is that food becomes incredibly, deliciously tender.

- sa·lad -
noun (sa·luhd)
Generally a cold dish of various mixtures of raw or cooked vegetables, usually seasoned with oil, vinegar, or other dressing.
Best accompanied by delicious woodfire pizzas and slow roast meats by Food by Wild Wood Fire.

- pla.tter -
noun (pla·tuh)
A large flat dish or plate for serving food.
A grazing platter is a lot like a cheese board. It's a large tray or board that is loaded with small bites - a feast for the eyes.
There are no hard and fast rules to creating a grazing platter, it's really up to your creative imagination.
